  • Fareed is the Director (Compliance and Controls) of International Financial Services. Previously, he has 11 years of experience as a court officer with the Mauritius Judicial Department and has also worked with the secretarial arm of KPMG as a deputy manager. Fareed is a Chartered Secretary from the U.K. Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and received an MBA from U.K.

  • Christian is on the board of various financial investment and asset management companies, including Group IDI. Previously, he developed a chain of cosmetic stores with a new concept (Marie-Jeanne Godard) that became the second largest distributor in France and fourth in Europe. In 1999, Christian sold the chain to the LVMH group. Prior to that, he created his own textile company that manufactured and distributed household fabric. Christian received a Master’s of psychology from Sorbonne University and a Master’s of economy from Paris University.

  • Daniel is the founder and CEO of CEPRES, a global private equity investment decision platform. Previously, he was a managing director at Deutsche Bank Private Equity Partners and principal of VCM Capital Management; which was acquired by Sal. Oppenheim Private Equity Partners GmbH, where he was responsible for innovative investments, deal structures and portfolio optimization for international institutional clients. Daniel led the management buyout of CEPRES from Deutsche Bank in December 2010. Daniel received an MBA from the University of Mannheim and Trinity College, Dublin and received his PhD from Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main.

  • Dev is the co-founder and Executive Director of International Financial Services, a leading management company specializing in international tax, business and corporate advisory services. Previously, he served as a senior tax executive at Ernst & Young, London. Dev has over 30 years of experience in international tax planning and business structuring. His area of specialization includes international banking and financial services including Islamic banking, offshore fund structuring and administration, intellectual and real property planning, franchising and retail operations. Dev is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

  • George has been part of the management companies since January 2008. He is the non-executive chairman of the Constance Group of companies, a leading Mauritius group in the sugar, real estate and hotel business and is based in Mauritius. He is, also, a former director of several listed companies in Mauritius, a fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors and a current member of the Directors’ Forum. George undertook a two-year consultancy with the Mauritius Commercial Bank in the field of Risk Management. He has spent over 34 years with HSBC in several senior management positions, including that of country head, in nine countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Bahamas. George, also, spent over two years on secondment to Eurochambres, which represents over 14 million companies across Europe, where he was the deputy secretary general and general manager of its business arm. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, U.K.

  • George is the chairman and co-founder of McCown De Leeuw & Co. He has decades of general management and investment experience. Before co-founding McCown De Leeuw & Co., George spent 18 years at Boise Cascade Corporation in a series of general management positions in paper, packaging, building materials and real estate. Prior to joining Boise Cascade, he worked with venture capital pioneer Georges F. Doriot, both at Harvard University and at American Research and Development Corporation. George received an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in mechanical engineering from Stanford University, where he also served as a trustee from 1980-1985.

  • Kirk is co-founder, partner and chief operating officer of Sentinel Dome Partners, an event-driven firm that invests in marketable securities across the capital structure. Prior to Sentinel Dome, he was co-founder and managing director of Institutional Global Investors ("IGI"), a multi-asset class investment platform investing with the best managers in China and Emerging Asia. At IGI, Kirk led many of the firm's activities, including operations, investments and finance. Prior to IGI, he was a managing director at Hall Capital Partners where he also had co-management responsibilities over the operations of the firm's Pooled Vehicles program and served as the firm's general counsel and chief compliance officer. Prior to joining Hall Capital, Kirk practiced law at Cooley Godward for 10 years, where he was a partner in the fund formation group and served as counsel to numerous alternative investment firms and institutional limited partners. Kirk received a BA in economics from Pepperdine University, a JD from Loyola Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation (with distinction) from Georgetown University.

  • Peggy heads the corporate risks and advisory function at International Financial Services. She is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors. Previously, Peggy was a senior manager at Accenture, Mauritius leading an operations team of 200 people delivering finance and accounting outsourcing services to a portfolio of international clients. Prior to that, she worked as a business development manager at Rogers Outsourcing Solutions. Peggy has also worked at Ernst and Young and at De Chazal Du Mée, a representative of Andersen Worldwide. Peggy is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, U.K.

  • Yash heads the compliance and controls unit and the liquidation and winding up unit at International Financial Services. He has also worked on the implementation of a specialized integrated accounting package and is a part of the FATCA implementation team. At International Financial Services, Yash has led several teams with the responsibility of managing portfolios of around 150 client entities, including collective investment schemes and closed-end funds. Yash is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K. and has also received an MBA and a BS in economics from the University of Mauritius.

  • Kenny has been with ChrysCapital since March 2008 and was previously with International Management (Mauritius), a management services company. Kenny is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K. and received a BS, with honors, in accounting and management information systems from the University of Hertfordshire, U.K.
