  • Fareed is the Director (Client Service) of SANNE Mauritius. Previously, he has 11 years of experience as a court officer with the Mauritius Judicial Department and has also worked with the secretarial arm of KPMG as a deputy manager. Fareed is a Chartered Secretary from the U.K. Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and received an MBA from U.K.

  • Christian is on the board of various financial investment and asset management companies, including Group IDI. Previously, he developed a chain of cosmetic stores with a new concept (Marie-Jeanne Godard) that became the second largest distributor in France and fourth in Europe. In 1999, Christian sold the chain to the LVMH group. Prior to that, he created his own textile company that manufactured and distributed household fabric. Christian received a Master’s of psychology from Sorbonne University and a Master’s of economy from Paris University.

  • Daniel is the founder and CEO of CEPRES, a global private equity investment decision platform. Previously, he was a managing director at Deutsche Bank Private Equity Partners and principal of VCM Capital Management; which was acquired by Sal. Oppenheim Private Equity Partners GmbH, where he was responsible for innovative investments, deal structures and portfolio optimization for international institutional clients. Daniel led the management buyout of CEPRES from Deutsche Bank in December 2010. Daniel received an MBA from the University of Mannheim and Trinity College, Dublin and received his PhD from Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main.

  • George has been part of the management companies since January 2008. He is the non-executive chairman of the Constance Group of companies, a leading Mauritius group in the sugar, real estate and hotel business and is based in Mauritius. He is, also, a former director of several listed companies in Mauritius, a fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors and a current member of the Directors’ Forum. George undertook a two-year consultancy with the Mauritius Commercial Bank in the field of Risk Management. He has spent over 34 years with HSBC in several senior management positions, including that of country head, in nine countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Bahamas. George, also, spent over two years on secondment to Eurochambres, which represents over 14 million companies across Europe, where he was the deputy secretary general and general manager of its business arm. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, U.K.

  • George is the chairman and co-founder of McCown De Leeuw & Co. He has decades of general management and investment experience. Before co-founding McCown De Leeuw & Co., George spent 18 years at Boise Cascade Corporation in a series of general management positions in paper, packaging, building materials and real estate. Prior to joining Boise Cascade, he worked with venture capital pioneer Georges F. Doriot, both at Harvard University and at American Research and Development Corporation. George received an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in mechanical engineering from Stanford University, where he also served as a trustee from 1980-1985.

  • Peggy is the Director (Change Management) of SANNE Mauritius. She is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors. Previously, Peggy was a senior manager at Accenture, Mauritius leading an operations team of 200 people delivering finance and accounting outsourcing services to a portfolio of international clients. Prior to that, she worked as a business development manager at Rogers Outsourcing Solutions. Peggy has also worked at Ernst and Young and at De Chazal Du Mée, a representative of Andersen Worldwide. Peggy is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, U.K.

  • Kenny has been with ChrysCapital since March 2008 and was previously with International Management (Mauritius), a management services company. Kenny is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K. and received a BS, with honors, in accounting and management information systems from the University of Hertfordshire, U.K.

  • Gulshan is a manager at SANNE Mauritius and has over 10 years of experience. He is on the board of various global business companies. Gulshan received a BA in accounting and finance from Middlesex University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) U.K.

  • Sangeeta is a senior manager at SANNE Mauritius and has over 18 years of experience. She is on the board of various global business companies. Sangeeta received a BS in Economics from the University of Mauritius and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of U.K.

  • Michael Calisse currently holds the position of Senior Manager (Client Services) at Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd (“AFSML”). He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom), member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants and member of the Mauritius institute of Directors.

    Prior to joining AFSML (then SANNE Mauritius), he has worked in the Global Business sector for the last 18 years and was responsible for the administration and accounting of private equity funds and global business companies. He has developed an in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector including its regulatory and compliance aspects. He sits on the board of a number of global business companies and investment funds.

  • Couldip qualified as a chartered accountant in 1974 and was admitted Associate in early 1975. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a Member of the Society of Trust Practitioners (now retired).

    After four years training in London with a midsize accounting practice, and upon his return to Mauritius in 1975, he joined Coopers & Lybrand firm. Between 1976 and 1983/84, he was Lecturer and subsequently the Bursar of the University of Mauritius.

  • Over the past 20 years, I have served organizations in leadership positions with a high level of professionalism and managing companies’ overall operations and resources. In addition to being a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), I am professionally qualified as both a Chartered Secretary (FCIS/FCG) and Certified Accountant (FCCA). I have expert knowledge in the fields of Trust and Company Administration, Corporate Secretary, Regulatory Compliance and Fund Administration.

  • Sateeta currently holds the position of Director, Client Services at Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd (“Apex”). She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Hons) from the University of Mauritius. Prior to joining Apex (then IFS Ltd) in September 2003, she was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Mauritius) in the Audit department. At Apex, she headed different teams responsible for administration and accounting of Private Equity Funds, Open Ended Funds and global business companies. Over the years, she has developed in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the operations, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business entities. She sits on the Board of a number of global business companies and investment funds.
